If the numbers look wrong

A short diagnostic checklist for totals, room calculations, missing days, and saved data.

Quick answer: Start with the service date and the saved status. Then check the category, the monthly entries included in the calculation, the rounding rule, and whether you are looking at local or synced data.

Check the entry first

  1. Confirm that the date is the date the work happened.
  2. Check the four fields separately. Out-of-office telephone care is not the same category as in-office direct or video care.
  3. Check whether the entry is a saved record or only a draft. A first unsaved draft is not included in month totals or reports.
  4. If you entered a duration from Stopwatch or Hours calculator, confirm that you applied it to the correct category.

Check the month calculation

  • Open Calendar and confirm that the month contains the days you expect.
  • Review any blank or zero dates. A blank date may mean that you have not entered the day, not that you worked zero hours.
  • Compare the app with the records kept in your EMR or billing software. The app cannot see time recorded elsewhere.

Check storage and sync

  • In local mode, make sure you are using the same browser profile as before.
  • In a signed-in account, wait for pending uploads and refresh the other supported device.
  • If the problem affects a shared or replaced browser, use a backup before clearing local data.

When to contact support

Contact support when the saved record, the source records, and the app's calculation still disagree after you have checked the date, category, and storage mode. Include the service date, the rule or prompt involved, and the source link. Do not include patient identifiers unless they are necessary and your practice's process permits it.

Important notes

  • Do not delete browser data while investigating a missing record. Export a recovery copy first.
