Official sources and dates
Go to the documents that govern or explain FHO+ billing when a rule is unclear.
Quick answer: Start with the current Schedule of Benefits and Ministry INFOBulletins. Use OMA FHO+ guidance for practical interpretation, then confirm claim-specific questions through your usual billing support channel.

Use sources in this order
- Check the current Schedule of Benefits and Fee Schedule Master for the rule and payable amount in force.
- Check the current-year Ministry INFOBulletins for recent implementation or processing changes.
- Read the OMA FHO+ hourly guide and FAQ for examples and practical interpretation.
- For a rejected or adjusted claim, use the explanatory code and claims-submission resources before requesting an adjustment.
- If sources conflict, do not guess. Confirm the rule with the Ministry, OMA, or your billing advisor and keep the answer with the service-date record.
Check the service date
- Apply the rule that was in force on the service date, not only the day you read the wiki.
- Treat Year 1 guidance as applying from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 unless a newer Ministry notice says otherwise.
- Use the Last reviewed date on each article to decide whether you need to reopen the source.
Report a stale rule or product mismatch
Use Contact in the site footer and include the article, the service date, the source link, and what the app shows. Do not include patient identifiers unless your support process requires them.
Important notes
- The linked sources govern the rule. This wiki explains how to use the app alongside them.
